A delightful combination of fresh-cut grass, spicy and vanilla oak aromas supported by tropical notes. The palate is vibrant and complex with the barrel fermentation contribution playing a seamless secondary role. A brilliant example of this classic blend and a wine that will cellar for up to 15 years.

93 pts/Editor's Choice - Wine Enthusiast: "This native yeast-fermented blend, from one of Margaret River’s longest standing producers, is singing. Echoing the best from Bordeaux, it’s quiet and complex, layering notes of flint, lemon rind, white flowers and toasty, honeyed oak. There’s lovely texture, length and pristine acidity. The oak is present but integrated and should take more of a back seat with time."
91 pts - Wine Spectator: "This firm white showcases lovely savory details of lanolin and beeswax, which mingle with firm lemon curd, pear and grilled peach flavors. A note of orange blossom lingers. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon."
